Websites
Designed from scratch, fast on a phone, easy to find on Google, and built around the one thing you want a visitor to do: call, book, order or visit.
More of the people who find you actually reach out.
What a website includesFor local businesses in Orlando and Central Florida
tsKaizen builds websites that turn visits into bookings, AI assistants that answer the questions and calls you get all day, and automations that stop the retyping. One fixed price, and you click through a working demo before anything goes live.
Most small businesses do not need a platform. They need a site that loads fast, a few tasks off their plate, and something that picks up at 9pm. Take one, or all three.

What a website includesTrained on your hours, services, prices and policies. Answers on your site, by text, or on the phone after hours, collects the details you need, and hands off to you when it should.
No more lost customers because nobody picked up.
How the assistant worksThe work between your tools. A form comes in, the details land where they belong, the follow up sends itself, and nobody retypes anything into a spreadsheet at 11pm.
Hours back every week, on the tools you already pay for.
What gets automatedA detail shop, a bookstore cafe and a neighborhood cafe do not need the same website. They do need the same thing from the person building it.
A rebuild of a dated site, reorganized so a customer on a phone can see the packages and ask for a time without calling.
A redesign that keeps the shop's own voice and makes hours, location and what is on offer easy to find from a phone.
A rebuilt site plus an assistant that answers the common questions a cafe gets on the phone all day.
Demo builds are made on spec for real local businesses to show what a rebuild could look like, and are not endorsements by those businesses. Live links and walkthroughs on request. See all work
Four steps, and most projects are done inside a month. You can stop after any of the first two at no cost.
Free, 30 minutes
What you have now and where the time goes. No deck. If a website is not your real problem, this is where that comes out.
Within a few days
In writing: what gets built, what it costs, when it lands. One number, agreed before anything starts.
Usually 1 to 3 weeks
A live link, not a mockup. Click through it on your phone, mark up what feels wrong, and we revise while changes are cheap.
Launch day
Domain connected, forms tested, and a short walkthrough so you can update it yourself. Ongoing support is optional.
No account manager and no handoff to a junior after the sales call. The person on your first call designs it, builds it and hands it over.
Domain in your name, code in a repository you can take with you, accounts under your email. Leaving costs you nothing but a goodbye.
If the numbers do not clear the cost, or you do not need what you asked for, you hear that on the first call instead of getting a proposal.
Automation is only worth buying if the hours it hands back are worth more than it costs. Change the four boxes to match your week.
This is a calculator, not a projection. Nothing here is filled in from an industry average, and it is not a claim about what your business will save. Automation rarely takes a task to zero, which is why the second box is not zero.
On your numbers, the time returned pays for the build inside a year.

It depends on the size of the site, whether your copy and photos are ready, and what it connects to, like booking or payments. After a free 30-minute call you get a written scope first, then one fixed price. You approve it before any work starts, and it does not change unless you approve a new number.
Most small business sites take 2 to 3 weeks from the first call to launch. You get a live demo link partway through, so you can review it on your own phone before anything goes public.
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the code lives in a repository you own, and hosting is under your email. We only ever need access, never ownership. If you leave, we hand everything over and help you move.
No. Most clients already have one. We rebuild it, carry over the copy and photos worth keeping, and switch over with minimal downtime. Your email keeps working the whole time.
Probably not on day one. Most businesses get more from a better site and one automation than from a chatbot. On the call we will tell you which is which, including when the answer is none of it.
You get a reply by email, usually the same day, with a couple of times to talk. The call is 30 minutes. If it is a fit, a written scope and fixed price follow within a few days. If it is not, we say so and point you somewhere better.
Yes. You get a short walkthrough at handover so you can change hours, prices and photos yourself. If you would rather not, an optional monthly care plan covers edits.
Half to start and half at launch, for most projects. Monthly care plans are month to month with no contract.
No. We meet in person around Central Florida and work remotely with businesses anywhere else.
Tell us what is eating your week. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
